Terms of Service
The agreement between you and BloggyBox for using the publishing workspace. Plain language first, details below.
1. The service
BloggyBox provides a hosted publishing workspace: publications, articles and drafts, an editorial review flow, Model Context Protocol endpoints for coding-agent drafts, public reader pages, and newsletters. Features marked coming soon in the product are not part of this agreement until they ship.
2. Accounts
You sign in with a PPUSSH account, governed additionally by the PPUSSH Terms of Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including API keys you generate. Each account is limited to one active publication; only designated superuser accounts may hold more. Keep credentials confidential and revoke keys you no longer use. If your PPUSSH account is suspended or deleted, your access here ends with it.
3. Your content stays yours
You retain all rights to everything you write, upload, or generate through agents in your workspace. By publishing, you grant BloggyBox only the license needed to host, render, and distribute that content (including API, feeds, and social previews) for as long as it remains published.
Content drafted by your coding agent is treated exactly like content you typed: it is a draft until a human publishes it. BloggyBox never auto-publishes agent output.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use BloggyBox to:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, or non-consensual content.
- Send spam, including adding email addresses to newsletters without consent.
- Abuse the platform: scrape at abusive rates, attack infrastructure, or circumvent access controls and publication limits.
- Share API keys publicly or use another account's credentials.
We may rate-limit, suspend, or remove content and accounts that violate these terms.
5. Newsletters
Subscriber email addresses collected through your publication are your responsibility. Only add addresses with consent, honor unsubscribes immediately (one-click links are provided), and comply with applicable anti-spam law in your jurisdiction.
6. Availability and limits
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Publication limits, rate limits, and feature availability may change; material restrictions will be communicated in-product. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
7. Termination
You may stop using BloggyBox at any time by deleting your publications and account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. On termination, your public content is taken down and workspace data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property and takedowns
Respect others' rights: publish only content you own or are licensed to share, including code snippets, images, and quoted text. If you believe content on BloggyBox infringes your rights, contact us through the workspace with the publication URL, the specific material at issue, and your contact details — we review reports promptly and remove infringing content, including repeat-infringer accounts where appropriate.
BloggyBox's own branding, design, and platform code remain ours. Nothing here grants you rights to copy the service itself.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BloggyBox and PPUSSH are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost content, lost revenue, or downtime — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (currently: the service is free, so that amount is zero). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they apply to you only to the extent permitted.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact us through the workspace. For PPUSSH account matters, see the PPUSSH Terms of Service.
11. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes take effect after in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
